make your own CS server!

Here i will teach you how to make a custom server. that you will make and ppl can join. including AMX mod X but no custom maps are included like (zombie plague or hero mode or etc. if u want that. finish this step. then see the other step at the bottom for zombie plague guide)

to make server download counter Strike 1.6 server creator.rar
AND download swds47+48.rar (which makes ppl with protocol 47 and 48 join your server)

so first make a new folder in (anywhere but not in your OWN CS folder, somewhere seperated) and call the folder HLDS

then open the counter Strike 1.6 server creator.rar and install it IN the HLDS folder, after its done a black window will come. keep it and let it download. it will take mybe 1 hour or less(depending in your network connection). if its done the black window will close automatically. if u want to know its downloaded properly. look at the HLDS folder and if it is 315 MB or more. then its good. if 300 and less. re download it.

then install swds47+48.rar in the same HLDS folder. and youre done . click hlds.exe and make your server !

If u want Zombie mod(OPTIONAL). AFTER u did the other step which is downloading the server. do this

1. Download here the plugin( the site is at the bottom ) and the resources and unzip it somewhere on disk.
2. In addons folder Unzip the result will be a folder amxmodx and in this folder will have four directories: configs, scripting, plugins, data.
Copy the contents of each of these folders in folders with the same name in HLDS / cstrike / addons / amxmodx.
3. After that go to resources folder, you have three folders: sound, models, sprites.
Copy content in folders with the same name in HLDS / cstrike.
